30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Try it at home. If it's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. The piece must come back unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, with your proof of purchase.

• Exchanges are free — wrong size or want a different piece? We cover the return shipping.
• Defective or our error? Free return plus a replacement or full refund — no questions.
• Change of mind? Easy — a flat $15 return-shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Final sale: custom or engraved pieces, gift cards, and sale items.

To start a return, email info@jewelrytoremember.com — we reply within one business day. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
