Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
However, processing may take longer during:

If additional time is required, we will communicate this clearly on the website or by email. By placing an order during such periods, you acknowledge that processing times may be extended.
We always aim to ship as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality and inspection standards.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We currently ship within Canada only.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are carrier estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and seasonal volume.
Pre-Order, Made-to-Order, or Delayed Items
If an item requires additional preparation time (e.g., restocking, special handling, or seasonal delays), this will be clearly noted on the product page or a site-wide announcement banner.
By ordering such items, you acknowledge and accept the updated timeline.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Local Restrictions
For security reasons, we may not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain orders.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at launch.
We plan to expand our shipping regions in the future.
Taxes
Taxes are calculated at checkout in accordance with Canadian regulations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with guidance if needed.
